Each vanity is painted in multiple layers to sustain its color palette. All parts included are manufactured exclusively by MTD Vanities to guarantee the best possible quality.
The Peru has a distinctive white belly styled sink that is made of ceramic porcelain. The sink has a pre-drilled single faucet hole. The handles on the cabinet are a brushed, zinc alloy and soft closing. There are matching caps on the vanity legs for added wood protection. Available in two finishes, Espresso and White. This unit is covered by MTD’s 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

Returns Policy
All merchandise that is intended for return is subject to approval by our management staff and requires a Return Authorization Number. All items that were shipped LTL (i.e. vanities, countertops, or any other shipments NOT considered "small parcel") being returned due to any other reason that is not "defective" is subject to a restocking fee.
YOU HAVE 24-48 HOURS TO NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES TO AN LTL SHIPMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a 14 day return policy on other items that are NOT deemed LTL . This includes, but is not limited to items such as faucets,small vessel sinks, small mirrors, showerheads, etc. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
