What is your Return Policy?
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA can be acquired by emailing our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting our Support Line at(818) 252-5725. All merchandise that is intended for return is subject to approval by our management staff.
How do I know if my return is eligible for a return or refund?
You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 Days of Delivery. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Items that have been disassembled, pre-installed, or have been modified in any way are not eligible for a return. Personalized or Custom products cannot be returned for a refund.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but understand that this isn’t always the case. Make sure that you fully inspect your vanity before you sign for the delivery. Goods are to be opened and inspected thoroughly. Any damages or scratches on your vanity must be identified on the delivery slip. By signing the delivery slip free and clear, you are thereby acknowledging that the goods were received in perfect condition, and were inspected upon arrival.
Please make sure to report any damages or discrepancies on your shipment within 24-48 hours of the delivery. Following these steps will ensure that any replacements needed are processed in a timely fashion.
Is my vanity under warranty?
Yes, your vanity is under a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. We will repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments when needed to any defects that may occur during normal usage within the warranty period. Please view our Warranty Information page for further details.
How can I request Replacement Parts?

How is my vanity being shipped?
The majority of the vanities are shipped via LTL truck freight and are set up as a Standard Curbside Delivery. The driver will carefully unload your vanity and deliver it curbside. The carrier will call you prior to you receiving your vanity so they can set up an appointment for delivery. Smaller vanities and smaller items are shipped via small parcel (UPS, FedEx or USPS). If you do not have an appointment set up for a small parcel delivery, the customer shall inspect the product as soon as possible and report any damage within 24-48 business hours.
Do I need to be there for the delivery?
Yes, someone is required to be available at the appointed time in order for the goods to be delivered to you. A vanity will not be left at the designated delivery address unless someone that is 18-years or older is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Can I place an order for a vanity that is out of stock?
Yes, you can. Our Sales Team is available to assist you by placing the order for you over the phone. We will notify you of the expected lead time on your vanity before you place your order and keep your order in our system until the vanity is back in stock. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking details so you can track your order online.
How do I find a bathroom vanity that will fit my bathroom?
Using a measuring tape, measure the width, height, and depth of the space that is available in your bathroom. Once you have determined what size is suitable for your bathroom needs, you can narrow down your options on our site by going to the Bathroom Vanities tab and clicking on the size(s) that meet your requirements. Once you have chosen your preferred style of vanity, you will see the vanity’s measurements to determine if the style and specifications meet your needs.
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can! Please call us at (818) 252-5725 to arrange for a pick up at our local Sun Valley Distribution Center.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. A small quantity of items do not qualify for free shipping. These items will be marked as "not eligible for free shipping" and will note the shipping amount on the listing. In very limited circumstances we may be able to offer expedited shipping for small parcel items only. If you need to expedite your order or would like a quote, please call Customer Service at (818) 252-5725. At this time we cannot accommodate requests to expedite LTL shipments.
Do you ship to freight forwarders or P.O. Box?
No. Someone must be present to fully inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery to satisfactorily follow our Receiving Guidelines and Instructions. Please note, orders shipping to a freight forwarding company/P.O. Box will be automatically cancelled.
What is Microstone?
Microstone is a combination of both glass and stone. It is white in color and can prove to be very sturdy and reliable. It requires minimal maintenance and is easy to care for.
Do the countertops for your vanities have pre-drilled faucet holes?
Yes, all the countertop’s in our vanities have pre-drilled holes for single faucets.
What kind of wood is used to make your vanities?
MTD Vanities’ Collections are all constructed out of solid oak wood. They have solid wood construction and are pre-treated to be water resistant.
Does the vanity come with the mirror and faucet?
Yes, our vanities are all customized as a full set. A faucet style and mirror size is already pre-selected to match your vanity style. Vanities come with a standard polished chrome faucet, but can be upgraded to a brushed nickel finish for an additional charge.
Can I change the standard faucet style on the vanity I want to another model?
Most definitely. If you want to switch the style to one of the many other faucet styles offered on our website, we would be more than happy to do so. Additional charges may apply for the upgrade. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance in placing your order.
Do your vanities require any assembly?
Unlike most similar products on the market, our bathroom vanity sets require very minimal assembly. The base cabinets are fully assembled. The handles of the vanity are installed on the inside of the cabinet drawers and doors, so these will have to be un-screwed and re-installed on the outside. The top and or sinks must also be secured to the cabinet base, along with the faucet and drain.
What are the handles on the vanity made out of?
The handles on our vanities are made out of a brushed zinc alloy.
If I choose a polished chrome finish for my faucet, will the handles on my vanity be polished chrome too?
The handles on all of our cabinets are always brushed zinc alloy. It is a matte finish, with no gloss. The finish of the handles works beautifully with both the polished chrome and brushed nickel finish faucets.
Will moisture in the bathroom cause any damage to the vanity?
Our bathroom vanity sets are all pre-treated to be water resistant. We use solid oak wood and plywood for our base cabinets on cabinet drawers, rather than using MDF or fiberboard, which will eventually absorb moisture and cause the wood to bubble or split. By using higher quality materials, we have helped to minimize any wear and tear that may possibly occur.
Do you offer custom vanities?

What can I use to clean the marble stone top on my vanity?
We recommend using a natural stone polish/cleaner to wipe down the stone. Using a bit of warm water and a non-abrasive sponge, gently wipe down the top in a circular motion. Repeat as needed. Make sure to wipe off any residual water and cleaner.

Free Curbside Delivery on all MTD Vanities! Curbside delivery typically takes between 7-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Expedited shipping option is available for additional charge and typically takes between 4-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination. MTD Delivery Team is committed to excellence in making the delivery receiving process as easy and simple as possible. In order to ensure the best possible service, we would like for you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our delivery policies and procedures.

Curbside Delivery Service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb-side of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. All merchandise that is intended for return is subject to approval by our management staff and requires a Return Authorization Number. All items that were shipped LTL (i.e. vanities, countertops, or any other shipments NOT considered "small parcel") being returned due to any other reason that is not "defective" is subject to a restocking fee. YOU HAVE 24-48 HOURS TO NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES TO AN LTL SHIPMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a 14 day return policy on other items that are NOT deemed LTL . This includes, but is not limited to items such as faucets,small vessel sinks, small mirrors, showerheads, etc. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
This warrantee extends only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use only. For commercial uses, additional limitations may apply. MTD Vanities warrants mirrors, vanities, faucet finishes and fittings to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year. MTD Vanities will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where MTD Vanities optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the warranty periods. Please note that MTD Vanities is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Improper modification of any vanity and/or faucet may void the warranty.
This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operations on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the MTD Vanities product is subject to alterations, or if repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent of MTD Vanities. This warranty does not extend to any plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than MTD Vanities. Implied warranties, including that of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. MTD Vanities disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
PRODUCT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MTD Vanities shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special or consequent damages, such as, but not limited to, (1) damage to or loss of other property or equipment, (2) loss of profits, revenue or reputation, (3) cost of replacement goods, (4) cost of storage, handling and/or care of damaged, defective or nonconforming goods or (5) claims of buyer’s customer or service interruptions. MTD Vanities is not responsible for any additional parts or equipment required for the installation or use of any of its products or merchandise, such as plumbing supply requirements (elbow joints, valves, pipes, etc). MTD Vanities is not responsible for the installation of any of its products or merchandise. The liability of MTD Vanities arising out of or related in any way to the sale, delivery, resale, installation or use of the goods sold by or furnished by MTD Vanities, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any warranty or otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the specific goods upon which liability is to be based. Buyer’s remedies for any breech of this agreement by MTD Vanities, or with respect to MTD Vanities liability under this agreement shall be limited to either MTD Vanities choice of any of the following: (1) the repair of the goods, (2) the replacement of the goods, (3) the return of the goods in question to MTD Vanities and the return to the buyer of any consideration paid to MTD Vanities for said goods.
